Can’t Access Netgear Genie Smart Wizard?

1.Verify that the WiFi network to which your extender is connected is up and running.
2.Delete the cookies, cache, and temporary files from your browser.
3.Make sure your computer's internet connection is turned on.
4.Enter the login link in the URL bar rather than the search area.
5.Change to a different web browser.
6.Restart the extender and router once.
7.Examine the firmware version of the WiFi extender. If it is outdated, update it right away.
8.Try setting up the extender the way you had it before.

If Netgear Genie is not working, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1.Check Internet Connection: Ensure your device is connected to the internet.
2.Update Firmware: Make sure your router’s firmware is up to date.
3.Restart Router and Device: Power cycle your router and the device running Genie.

2.Launch your preferred web browser.
3.In the address bar, type mywifiext net login or 192.168.1.250.
4.When prompted, enter the default username and password . If you’ve changed these, use your custom credentials.
5.Once logged in, you will be taken to the Netgear Genie dashboard where you can manage your network settings.
